Condolences

The Mahindra College community has been deeply saddened to receive news of three recent tragedies, the deaths of Sylvia Gift Nabukeera (Class of 2006). Einat Tabori (Class of 2001) and Pema Norbu (Class of 2008);

Sylvia, a 2010 graduate of Luther College, died on 24 June in Nairobi, Kenya.

Einat came to India for a class reunion and died when she fell off a cliff in the Parvati valley.

Pema, who was a student at Earlham College in the USA, died on 27 July in a car accident.

In mourning the death of these three exceptional young people, we extend our sincere condolences to their families and friends. Tragic losses such as these impact this small and close-knit Mahindra College community in a significant way. Our thoughts and sympathies are with all those who knew and loved  Einat, Sylvia and Pema.
